Shipping policy

General information about shipment and the delivery of goods

Once your order has been created, you will receive an email confirmation of your order with all the necessary details. Please once you receive this confirmation, double check the address information to avoid problems at delivery.

Once the order is placed, we will process, package and dispatch (hand it over to the courier) the goods within 48 hours from order creation.

We ship all parcels, via GLS and UPS, with a track & trace number so your parcel can always be tracked.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, some items which have longer delivery, if you have ordered an item from our remote warehouse. Find delivery prices for GLS at the bottom here.

We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of We Got Sneakers s.r.o. to ensure all goods are available as displayed, however occasionally inventory errors may affect the availability of an item. We take reservations about price errors, and will cancel orders with pricing errors.

Please note that our warehouse, from where we ship all orders, is located in Slovakia, European Union. Once the package is shipped,you will be notified of the expedition via email, which also includes the tracking link and a shipment number. Using this information, you know the exact location and status of your package and can predict when it will be delivered.

The shipping generally takes about 3-5 business days for deliveries within EU. 

If you do not receive a confirmation/dispatch email, find a mistake or have difficulties with tracking or the shipment of your order please do not hesitate to contact us. We will give you all the information you need.
